Mr. Bealer brings over 40 years of laboratory experience, including 30 years in personal care product development, to his new role at Vanitas.

Mr. Bealer’s extensive career includes 19 years at Neutrogena (Johnson & Johnson), where he received numerous awards for his contributions and played a key role in developing innovative skincare and color cosmetic products. He is also an inventor on two Neutrogena product patent submissions. His background spans research and development, quality control, and compounding, providing him with a well-rounded perspective that will be invaluable to Vanitas and its clients. Prior to joining Vanitas, Mr. Bealer spent seven years as Director of Technical Services in contract manufacturing, honing his expertise in bringing new products to market.
